Harry is a London based saxophonist and composer. He has performed at a host of venues and festivals across the UK and internationally, including Vortex Jazz Club, Pizza Express Live, Lovebox Festival, EFG London Jazz Festival and Rototom Sunsplash European Reggae Contest. In addition to this, Harry has worked with artist including Jean Carne and Tony Momrelle (incognito), Cassandra Jenkins & Tomorrow’s New Quartet.

Originally from Wiltshire, Harry began playing saxophone at the age of 10. Whilst at school, he studied with Pat Crumly and was chosen to perform alongside John Critchinson and the Ronnie Scott's Legacy Band when they visited his school. This experience drove Harry to seek further tuition from renowned saxophonist, Pee Wee Ellis.  In 2015, Harry graduated from The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama with a Masters degree in Jazz Performance. Whilst studying, Harry was awarded funding to compose for, promote and perform a concert of jazz with strings in the beautiful Dora Stoutzker Concert Hall, Cardiff. He was also to be found performing regularly in the Royal Welsh College and local jazz venues. Harry has been an active member of the London Jazz scene since moving in 2015. In 2023 he completed the Artist Masters Programme at Guildhall School of Music & Drama and was the grateful recipient of the Guildhall Music Financial Award Scholarship and support from the Macfarlane Walker Trust. It was at GSMD that Harry studied with Iain Ballamy, Jean Toussaint, Wayne Escoffery and John Harle, amongst many other inspiring tutors.

Harry can now be seen playing frequently with co-led project, Howl Quartet. They released their debut album, ‘Life As We See It’ in early 2021 and their second album, ‘Airglow’ in 2023. ‘Diverse, dynamic, and richly rewarding listen, “Airglow” is a great example of how jazz in the 21st century is well and truly alive and kicking. Howl Quartet are going places’ UK Vibe.

Harry also leads is own quartet and has been commissioned to arrange and record music for T.V. including, Hypothetical and ITV’s Gratchester.
